Other support available
Now that you have completed your support plan and identified your goals, we can help you connect with people, services and organisations that may support you in achieving them.
Peer support
Depending on your service, you may have the opportunity to receive additional support from one of our Peer Supporters.
Peer Supporters are people with personal experience of receiving support from services like ours. They may have faced similar experiences or challenges and can offer practical advice based on what they have learned and achieved. Many people find this type of support encouraging and inspiring.
Staff can also help you connect with local organisations that provide specialist advice and support, such as counselling services, drug and alcohol services or Community Mental Health Teams. These organisations may be able to continue supporting you after your time with Moreways Healthcare.
