You can report a repair through the Report a Repair page, or call the Moreways Infoline on 0333 016 5288. Let us know what the problem is and where it is, and we will arrange for it to be put right as quickly as we can.




You can pay securely online through the Make a Payment page, or speak to your support team about the other ways to pay. If you would like help managing your money or budgeting, we can support you with that too.




We genuinely want to hear from you, whether something has gone wrong or something has gone well. Visit the Complaints and Compliments page, speak to a member of staff, or email info@morewayshealthcare.com. Every complaint is taken seriously and used to improve our service.




Yes. With your agreement, we welcome your family and carers being involved in your support. There is dedicated information for them on the For Families and Carers page, so the people who matter to you can stay informed and involved.
