Peer support allows people with relevant lived experience to share encouragement, practical ideas and understanding.

Speak to your Support Worker or service manager to find out whether peer support is available and suitable for you.

Tell staff about any skills, interests or experience you would like to develop.

Where suitable opportunities are available, we may help you explore training, volunteering, activities or other ways to work towards your goals.
