  • What is anti-social behaviour?

Anti-social behaviour is behaviour that causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to another person.

It may include persistent excessive noise, threatening or abusive behaviour, harassment, intimidation, vandalism, criminal activity, misuse of shared areas or behaviour that seriously affects the safety and wellbeing of other people.

Everyday living noise, reasonable differences between neighbours or one-off minor disagreements may not always be considered anti-social behaviour. We will consider the circumstances of each report carefully.
