Training
Moreways Healthcare is committed to developing you to reach your full potential. We have a strong track record of promoting from within the company and our aim is to ensure we equip all employees with the knowledge and support they need to succeed.
Induction and settling in:
- To help you settle in, when you join our team you will receive an induction programme which is tailored to your needs. You will also have regular one-to-one time with your line manager to discuss how we can help you to further your development.
Training:
- You will have access to learning and development courses that suit you as an individual and will help you to both excel in your role and build a career that suits your skillset.
Recognised qualifications:
- Your training and development is important to Moreways Healthcare so as well as your person-centered induction, your training will continue with plenty of opportunities to further develop skills at all levels of your career. This includes Apprenticeships, Vocational Qualifications and many other courses.
No experience, no problem:
- If you’re new to care we will help you gain the skills and experience you need as part of our comprehensive induction. We will help you reach your full potential by providing you with all your necessary training, guidance and support during your induction to achieve your Care Certificate, which is now a nationally recognised qualification.
We are very proud of the training we offer, we take you on a journey to enhance your development. The dedicated team at support services guide all new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the Myriadcareer path.
