Quality Checkers

Who better to judge the quality of our services than the people who live with them every day? Our Quality Checkers are people we support, trained to formally review our services and help us improve.

What It Is

Experts by experience, leading the way

Our Quality Checkers programme is co-production in action. People we support apply, receive training, and then carry out real quality audits within our services — visiting, talking to others and reporting back on what they find.

Their insight is honest, powerful and rooted in lived experience — and it makes a genuine difference to how we improve.

Our Quality Checkers:

  • Are people we support, with lived experience
  • Apply and receive dedicated training
  • Carry out formal audits within services
  • Speak directly with other people we support
  • Report findings that shape real improvement
